Zhu Xueqin (Chinese:朱雪芹) is a migrant worker deputy who stood out at the 11th National People's Congress (NPC).

A native of Suining, Jiangsu Province, Zhu went to Shanghai for job opportunities in 1995. She is currently secretary of the Youth League and deputy director of the worker's union at Shanghai Huari Garment (Group) Co., Ltd.

Zhu started out sewing garments in Shanghai Huari Garment (Group) Co., Ltd in 1995 and soon became a skilled labor. She then got the chance to learn enterprise management courses and fashion design in Japan. After graduation, she rejected high salaries in Japan to return to China. Back in Shanghai she conducted experiments with the technical staff, and succeeded in promoting advanced methods that can produce a final product in 47 minutes. The annual export volume of the company reached 1 million garments and generated an impressive income. Zhu also assisted the production department in setting up a set of strict, scientific and standard quality management procedures ensuring a very low number of defects.
