Xu Shaoshi

Xu Shaoshi

Xu Shaoshi, of Han nationality, is a native of Ningbo, east China's Zhejiang Province. He was born in October 1951, entered the workforce in April 1969 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in December 1974.

2007-: Minister of Land and Resources.

2000-2007: Deputy secretary-general of the State Council.

1996-2000: Director of the Secretariat of the State Council.

1993-1996: Graduate student at Nankai University and student at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee.
