Li Zhaozhuo
Born in September 1944, ethnic Zhuang, native of Pingguo, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
Graduate of Guangxi University, majoring in water conservancy and irrigation; started working in September 1968; joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June 1974; engineer.
1963-1968: Studied at Guangxi University, majoring in water conservancy and irrigation;
1968-1970: Worked at Units 6901 and 0547 of the People's Liberation Army;
1970-1975: Technician at Du'an People's Commune in Debao County, Guangxi.
1975-1980: Technician, secretary, deputy director of the Hydropower Bureau of Debao County, Guangxi;
1980-1983: Deputy director of the Capital Construction Bureau, and deputy director of the Planning Committee of Debao County;
1983-1984: Director of Economic Committee of Debao County;
1984-1985: Secretary of the CPC Debao County Committee;
1985-1992: Deputy secretary of CPC Committee and commissioner of Baise Prefecture, Guangxi;
1992-1993: Secretary of the CPC Committee of Baise Prefecture;
1993-1995: Secretary of the CPC Committee of Fangchenggang City, Guangxi, and chairman of the Standing Committee of the city People's Congress;
1995-1997: Standing Committee member of CPC Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and secretary of the CPC Nanning City Committee;
1997-1998: Deputy secretary of CPC Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and secretary of the CPC Nanning City Committee;
1998-2003: Deputy secretary of the CPC Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and chairman of the regional People's Government;
