Li Xuerui (李雪芮)

Li Xuerui (李雪芮), born in Chongqing on Jan. 24, 1991, is a Chinese badminton player. She won gold in the women's singles at the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Li is a right-handed player who excels in cut-down attacks. Li has long arms, which benefit her considerably in badminton competition. Her movement is of high liquidity. She began her training in 1998 and joined the National Badminton Team's second team in 2007 and gained a place on the first team at the beginning of 2012.

Badminton Asia Youth – women's singles champion and a member of the Chinese team which won the women's team title;
