Li Jinhua

Born in July 1943, of Han nationality, native of Rudong, Jiangsu Province. Finished postgraduate study at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee.

Vice-chairman of the 11th CPPCC National Committee and member of its Leading Party Members' Group, auditor-general of the National Audit Office (NAO) and member of its Leading Party Members' Group.

Joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 1965.
