1945: The Kuomintang and Communist Party of China signed the "Double Ten Agreement".

1947: "Outline Land Law of China" was promulgated by CPC Central Committee.

2000:China became a permanent normal US trading partner.

2001: Former mayor of Shenyang sentenced to death.
