Dabeiyuan Monastery

Sitting on Tianwei Road in Hebei District, Dabeiyuan (Monastery of Great Mercy) is the largest Buddhist temple in Tianjin. Built in 1611 and expanded in 1940, it was partially destroyed in the 1976 earthquake and was only restored in 1980. (More...)
