Located in the Huangnan countryside of Yongjia County, north of Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province, Linkeng Village is famous for its wood houses that have over 100 years of history. It is renowned as a "cradle for water and mountain paintings." Unique rock formations, picturesque waterways, numerous waterfalls and shoals, and legendary hamlets are the unique attractions of the county. Most people here share one surname: Mao. The unimaginably elegant and tranquil village, verdant and lush hills, slender young bamboos, stout-aged pines and rushing waters can temporarily take you away from the stressful world, with nature itself composing a charming melody for visitors.
