Hui Ruoqi (惠若琪) is a top player of the Chinese national women's volleyball team. She won the gold medal in the Asian Championships and the third place in the World Cup in 2011. She was appointed vice captain of the national women's team in the same year.

Hui was born on March 4, 1991 in Dalian, Liaoning Province. In 1999, her whole family moved to Nanjing, Jiangsu Province due to her father's work transfer. Hui started volleyball training when she was in third grade. Entering the Nanjing No. 29 Middle School, she began to participate in municipal, provincial, and international middle school competitions. She joined the Jiangsu provincial team at the age of 15, and later joined the national team in 2008 at age 17. She made a brilliant show of her talent in international competitions in 2009. She has been a top player on the national team since 2012.

Hui is 192 centimeters tall and weighs 70 kilograms. Her slender figure, beauty, and excellent skills have made her one of the most popular volleyball players in China.
