Annual Government Work Report
The report is usually drafted by the General Office of the State Council and the provincial (municipal, autonomous regional, special administrative), city and district governments.
It generally consists of four parts:
- the conclusion of the government's work in the past year;
- the outlook of the government's work for the current year;
- the government's performance; and
- an evaluation of diplomatic relations, the Five-Year Plan and an explanation of new terms from the report.
