Wang Suyi (王素毅), former head of the United Front Work Department under the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), has been dismissed from his post. His dismissal was confirmed by the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee on July 3, 2013.

The CPC Central Committee took the decision after Wang was suspected of serious disciplinary violations; the relevant procedures are currently underway, according to an official of the Organization Department.

Wang, born in June 1961, is a Mongolian from Tuzuo Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He became a member of the CPC in June 1986. He obtained a master's degree.
