Wang Jiaxiang (王稼祥 1906–1974), a native of Jin County, Anhui Province, was one of the senior leaders of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in its early stages.

Wang joined the CPC in 1928 and was elected a member of the three-person directing group after the Zunyi Meeting. After the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949, Wang was appointed China's first ambassador to the Soviet Union.

He made great contributions to the Party, the military and the diplomatic cause.

Wang died on January 25, 1974, in Beijing.
