Sino-Japanese Technology Cooperation Center (SJTCC) is established on the basis of former Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) office and attached to China Science and Technology Exchange Center (CSTEC). Within the framework of JICA, its aim is to further promote technology cooperation between the Chinese Government and Japanese Government. It performs JICA-related assignments entrusted by the Department of International Cooperation of the MOST, and assists the Department of International Cooperation in such tasks as project evaluation and policy research.
