Robin Li (李彦宏) is the founder and CEO of Baidu, China's number one search engine, sometimes referred to as China's Google. He is ranked No. 18 in the list of 100 Richest Technology Billionaires from Around the Globe issued by Forbes magazine, with a net worth of US$12.5 billion as of September 2015.

Li studied information management at Peking University and computer science at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Li first worked as a senior computer engineer at American internet startup Infoseek. In 2000, he founded Baidu with Eric Xu and it now dominates Chinese internet services. Li has been CEO of Baidu since January 2004. The company was listed on NASDAQ in August 2005. Li was included as one of the 15 Asian Scientists To Watch by Asian Scientist Magazine on 15 May 2011.
