Li Zhanshu
Li Zhanshu, Han ethnic group, a native from Pingdingshan of Hebei Province, was born in August 1950 and joined the Communist Party of China in April 1975. He started to wok in December 1972 and graduated from the evening school of Hebei Normal University.

1997-1998: Member of Standing Committee of the CPC Hebei Provincial Committee and vice head of the Hebei Rural Work Leading Group
1998-2000: Member of Standing Committee of the CPC Shanxi Provincial Committee and vice head of the Shanxi Rural Work Leading Group
