Li Jianrou (李坚柔) is a Chinese short track speed skater. She is an Olympic Champion and the 2012 Overall World Champion.
Born on August 15, 1986, in Jilin City, Jilin Province, Li took up short track speed skating at the age of 10. She was admitted to the national speed skating team in 2008, and won the gold medal on the women's 1000m event at the Asian Short Track Speed Skating Championships that very same year.
In 2012, Li claimed the champion title at the 1,500m event at the World Short Track Speed Skating Championships.
In 2014, Li won gold on the 500m event at the Winter Olympics in Sochi, after all other competitors crashed.
