Li Changchun

Li Changchun, ethnic Han, native of Dalian, Liaoning Province, born in February 1944. Joined the CPC in September 1965 and began working in September 1966. Graduated from the Department of Electric Machinery of Harbin Institute of Technology, majoring in industrial enterprise automation. With a university education. Engineer.
