He Zi (何姿）is a diver on the Chinese national team. She has long been regarded as the successor to China’s “Princess of Diving” Guo Jingjing, and has a host of world diving titles to her name. In 2012, she won the women’s doubles and singles titles in the 3-meter springboard at the 18th FINA World Cup and gold in the women’s doubles in the 3-meter springboard with Wu Minxia at the London Olympics
He was born in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on December 11, 1990. She started diving training at the age of 6 at Nanning Sports School. She joined the Tsinghua University Diving Team in 2000 and joined the National Diving Team in 2006.
