Located in Lingshan County, southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Dalu Village built during the Ming Dynasty. The village is famous for its ancient residential group. It contains nine residential groups separately built in the Ming and Qing dynasties. It has an attractive landscape as well as cultural relics, including the script of Wen Tianxiang (Duke of Xinguo, the last resisting prime minister of the Southern Song Dynasty). The most precious are over 300 Ming and Qing couplets on pillars, providing valuable research material.

How to get there: Take a bus to Lingshan County at Qinzhou Long-Distance Bus Station (22 yuan for a one-hour drive) and change to a tricycle at downtown Lingshan County to get to the village at a cost of 12 yuan.


Tips: Farmhouses are available for lodging or you may return to stay in downtown Lingshan County
