Jin Liqun (金立群), former vice finance minister of China is secretary general of the multilateral interim secretariat for establishing the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) . He spent a few months shuttling between countries to convince them to join the bank. On July 6, 2015, Jin was nominated as China’s candidate for president of the AIIB.
