Located in Qiankou Village, Xixian County, these folk residences were moved to the village from the nearby villages and rebuilt at the present site in their original styles in 1984.

Covering an area of about 17,160 sq. m, they include six folk residences, one ancestral temple and one pavilion. They were built by Huizhou architects in strict accordance with the local customs passing downfrom the Song (960-1279), Yuan (1271-1368), Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) periods.
