Marshal Zhang Zuolin (1875-1928) was the leader of the Fengtian Clique of the Northern Warlords.
With a large yard and exquisite interior decorations, Zhang Zuolin’s former residence is built in the style of an English country house, with a high sloping roof. The walls are of red brick and stone with some Tudor-style beam and plaster features.
