Han Zheng, a native of [[Cixi]] County, [[Zhejiang Province]], was born in April 1954. He began work in December 1975 and joined the [[Communist Party of China]] ([[CPC]]) in May 1979. He achieved a master's degree in economics and is a senior economist.

Mayor of Shanghai

Han Zheng, born in April 1954, is a male ethnic Han from Cixi, Zhejiang Province. He entered the workforce in December 1975 and joined the CPC in May 1979. He graduated from Institute of International Studies at East China Normal University with a major in international relations and world economy, received a postgraduate education while in service, and was awarded the degree of Master of Economics. He is a senior economist.
