Baby Luo

With big round eyes and hair in bangs, Baby Luo is a cartoon girl created by domestic animation company Magic Mall.

The girl is identified as the descendant of Chinese legendary Goddess Luo.

Baby Luo was earlier chosen as the public face of a 2009 campaign in Beijing’s Chaoyang District to educate the public on etiquette and politeness.

She became ubiquitous on the district’s billboards and LED screens. This year, the cartoon girl’s image was printed on the new-year postcards issued by Beijing Post Office accompanied by the slogan—“Be a good mannered Chinese”.

Recently, Magic Mall partnered with Lovely Creativity Trading Company Ltd. to further develop the career of Baby Luo.
