Mr. Zhang Fuyun is director of General Administration of Customs and director of General Administration of Taxes of the government of the Republic of China.
This is a 2-storied courtyard style building with brick-concrete structure. The building has dry walls with glazed quarry tiles, a big round-tile roof and refined interior decorations. At the entrance, there is an exquisitely designed arch canopy.
