Zhou Mingtai (1896~1984) the eldest son of the modern industrialist Zhou Xuexi, a specialist in the history of traditional drama.
The house is a courtyard-style building with delightful architectural characteristics. The walls are built with deep brown glazed quarry tiles. The 1st level has a three-arch front porch and the 2nd has a double-pillar verandah.
