Zhang Zizhong (1891-1940) is a famous anti-Japanese patriotic general and martyr.
The architectural space is regular, with dry walls that have built in glazed quarry tiles. There is a colonnade supported by three columns at the entrance. Above that there is a balcony on the 2nd story. The building has Art Deco characteristics.
