'''Liu Qibao''' ('''刘奇葆'''), born in January 1953, is a male ethnic Han from Susong, [[Anhui Province]]. He entered the workforce in September 1974 and joined the Communist Party of China ([[CPC]]) in December 1971. He graduated from Jilin University with a major in national economic planning and management, has an in-service postgraduate education and holds a master's degree in economics.
