It is a 2-storied brick-wood building with small and intimate dimensions. It has arc-shaped or square-shaped doors and windows, which form concise lines. The light-colored stucco wall of the exterior adds an eye popping contrasts with the red round tiles of the interlaced slope roof. The building has characteristics of Spanish folklore. After the liberation of China, Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou once lodged at this building.<br />
