The '''White Paper on Protection of Intellectual Property''' (保护知识产权白皮书) in [[China]] was issued on [[June 16]], 1994. The white paper covers China's approach on intellectual property protection, the complete system of laws, and the law enforcement system of intellectual property protection. 

According to the white paper, the Chinese government took a firm standpoint on observing international conventions and bilateral agreements on intellectual property protection, and the country also retained the capability of making international commitments, all of which won commendation and support from the international community.
